2013 Fantasy Football Waiver-Wire Advice: Get 'Em or Don't Sweat 'Em Week 14
There were some unusual heroes this week. There always are. Let’s take a look at them and see if they are worthy of your fantasy rosters.
Carson Palmer, QB, Arizona Cardinals
Carson Palmer threw for 302 yards and three touchdowns against the Philadelphia Eagles. He's averaging 345 yards and 2.3 touchdowns in his past three games. Larry Fitzgerald and Michael Floyd have formed a powerful duo. Palmer isn't a bad option if you need quarterback help.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Ruling: Get 'em.
Ryan Tannehill, QB, Miami Dolphins
Ryan Tannehill threw for 331 yards and a pair of touchdowns against the New York Jets. He added 22 rushing yards. This is not the time of the year to add mediocre fantasy quarterbacks.
Ruling: Don't Sweat 'em.
Brandon Weeden, QB, Cleveland Browns
Brandon Weeden threw for 370 yards and three touchdowns against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Josh Gordon has emerged as one of the best wide receiver options in the game, but I would still avoid Weeden, especially considering he is dealing with a concussion.
Ruling: Don't Sweat 'em.
LeGarrette Blount, RB, New England Patriots
LeGarrette Blount ran for 44 yards and a touchdown against the Houston Texans. He led the team in carries. He's worth adding in case Stevan Ridley remains in Bill Belichick's doghouse.
Ruling: Get 'em.
Greg Jennings, WR, Minnesota Vikings
Greg Jennings caught seven of nine targets for 78 yards and a touchdown against the Chicago Bears. He has the talent, but he's been very inconsistent due to quarterback play. He's a questionable add.
Ruling: Don't Sweat 'em.
Andre Holmes, WR, Oakland Raiders
Andre Holmes caught seven of 11 targets for 136 yards against the Dallas Cowboys. He sure looked good, but I wouldn't add him based on just one strong performance.
Ruling: Don't Sweat 'em.
Brian Quick, WR, St. Louis Rams
Brian Quick caught three of four targets for 41 yards and a touchdown against the San Francisco 49ers. He's not a consistent fantasy option.
Ruling: Don't Sweat 'em.
Zach Ertz, TE, Philadelphia Eagles
Zach Ertz caught five of six targets for 68 yards and a pair of touchdowns against the Arizona Cardinals. He has appeal in dynasty leagues as his long-term potential is great. His short-term value is limited due to inconsistency.
Ruling: Don't Sweat 'em.
Ladarius Green, TE, San Diego Chargers
Ladarius Green caught two of six targets for 45 yards and a touchdown. It was his third solid game in a row.
Ruling: Get 'em.
