2013 Fantasy Football Kicker Rankings: NFL Week 13

With another exciting week of football under our belts, here are the Lester’s Legends 2013 Week 13 fantasy football kicker rankings.

Kickers, more than any other position, provide the most consistent fantasy scoring. The majority of the top scoring kickers have been near the top the whole season. I base these rankings on past performance and their current matchup.

1. Matt Prater, Denver Broncos

Matt Prater is fourth in the league in scoring with 99 points on 15 field goals and 54 extra points. He had a pair of field goals and three extra points in the first meeting with the Kansas City Chiefs. I expect multiple field goals once again.

2. Stephen Gostkowski, New England Patriots

Stephen Gostkowski leads the NFL in scoring with 108 points on 26 field goals and 30 extra points. I expect a heavy dose of scoring for the New England Patriots against the tanking Houston Texans. The Texans have allowed 17 field goals and 32 extra points.

3. Steven Hauschka, Seattle Seahawks

Steven Hauschka is tied for second in the league in scoring with 104 points on 24 field goals and 32 extra points. He’s facing the New Orleans Saints. The Saints have allowed 16 field goals and 20 extra points.

4. Mason Crosby, Green Bay Packers

Mason Crosby is tied for second in the league in scoring with 104 points on 25 field goals and 29 extra points. He’ll look to gobble up fantasy points against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving. The Lions have allowed a league-high 27 field goals and 24 extra points.

5. Garrett Hartley, New Orleans Saints

Garrett Hartley is tied for fifth in the league in scoring with 95 points on 20 field goals and 35 extra points. He’s facing the Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks have allowed 18 field goals and 15 extra points.

6. Ryan Succop, Kansas City Chiefs

Ryan Succop is tied for ninth in the league in scoring with 20 field goals and 30 extra points. He’s facing the Denver Broncos at home this time. The Broncos have allowed 19 field goals and 30 extra points.

7. Nick Folk, New York Jets

Nick Folk is 11th in the league in scoring with 88 points on 24 field goals and 16 extra points. He should push a few kicks through the uprights against the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins have allowed 25 field goals and 24 extra points.

8. Justin Tucker, Baltimore Ravens

Justin Tucker is eighth in the league in scoring with 93 points on 24 field goals and 21 extra points. He’s facing the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers have allowed 20 field goals and 26 extra points.

9. Dan Carpenter, Buffalo Bills

Dan Carpenter is tied for 11th in the league in scoring with 88 points on 22 field goals and 22 extra points. He should be busy against the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons have allowed 26 field goals and 33 extra points.

10. Nick Novak, San Diego Chargers

Nick Novak is fifth in the league in scoring with 95 points on 22 field goals and 29 extra points. He’s doing battle with the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals have allowed 19 field goals and 21 extra points.
