Brandon Weeden's Instant Fantasy Reaction After Jason Campbell's Injury
Brandon Weeden was back at the helm for the Cleveland Browns in Week 12, much to the disdain of fantasy football owners everywhere.
Weeden entered the game against the Pittsburgh Steelers after starter Jason Campbell exited with a head injury that would sideline him for the remainder of the game, per the team's official Twitter account:
There's a reason Weeden is owned in just 1.6 percent of fantasy leagues.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Oklahoma State product completed just 52.8 percent of his passes this season entering the game. He scored over 10 fantasy points just twice before being benched for Brian Hoyer and passed over in favor of Campbell.
Against an elite Pittsburgh defense that allows just 14.5 fantasy points per game to the quarterback position, Weeden completed just 4 of 9 attempts for 39 yards entering the fourth quarter.
By the end of the day, Weeden threw for 209 yards with a touchdown and interception for 10 fantasy points.
Should Campbell be forced to miss an extended period of time, it's hard to suggest Weeden to owners—especially in the middle of a playoff push.
Weeden has never been consistent in his play this season. There's no reason to believe that will change despite the presence of weapons such as receiver Josh Gordon and tight end Jordan Cameron. Whereas Campbell thrived with six touchdowns in three games before Week 12, it is hard to imagine the inaccurate Weeden will do the same.
Quarterback is simply too deep from a fantasy perspective to suddenly push Weeden back to relevancy. Spend a hard-earned waiver spot on a player with more upside regardless of Campbell's injury.
