Questions I Want to Ask Bengals Tackle Andre Smith

Life for an NFL rookie can be tough. First round pick Andre Smith's transition from college to the pros has been far from perfect, but he will be vital to the team's success for the foreseeable future.

1. Will you be in training camp on day one? Why change agents? Was the move to Priority Sports done solely to raise your draft stock? Are you anxious to get signed? How long can you wait to sign until it starts to affect camp?

2. What has been your experience so far with the Bengals front office? When was your first contact with the team? When was the last time you talked to the team?

3. Have you been issued your team-mandatory DUI yet?

4. How will the move to right tackle affect your game? Have you spoken with any of the other offensive linemen yet?

5. You experienced the rebirth of a program at the University of Alabama. The Tide struggled for several years before the recent return to national prominence. What can you do to bring that culture of winning to Cincinnati? What can you do to help turn this organization around and into a contender?

6. What do you expect to be the biggest difference between NCAA football and NFL football? Have you seen the team’s facilities? How do they compare to the Crimson Tide’s facilities?

7. Southeastern Conference football borders on religion in the south. Is there another conference in the country that prepares you for the NFL as well as the SEC?

8. Do you plan to employ a personal driver or do you have a list of cab company phone numbers?

9. Will you be in training camp on day one?
