19. Danny Amendola, New England Patriots
Danny Amendola had 122 yards and a touchdown against the Steelers in his last game. He does have a tough matchup against the Carolina Panthers, but Rob Gronkowski will command a ton of attention.
20. Cecil Shorts III, Jacksonville Jaguars
Cecil Shorts III is averaging 67.4 yards. He is facing the Arizona Cardinals. The Cards have yielded 243.7 yards and 1.9 touchdowns per game.
21. T.Y. Hilton, Indianapolis Colts
T.Y. Hilton is averaging 125.5 yards in two games since Reggie Wayne went down. He plays the Tennessee Titans. The Titans give up 211.3 yards per game. They have only allowed seven passing touchdowns though.
22. Torrey Smith, Baltimore Ravens
Torrey Smith is averaging 83.7. He is going up against the Chicago Bears. The Bears allow 249.8 yards and 1.6 touchdowns per game.
23. Percy Harvin, Seattle Seahawks
Percy Harvin has to be licking his chops thinking about facing the Minnesota Vikings. He will be amped up to face his former team. The Vikes have allowed 285.7 yards and 2.3 touchdowns. Monitor his playing status.
24. Jarrett Boykin, Green Bay Packers
Jarrett Boykin is averaging 79.8 yards in his past four games. He should continue to produce against the Giants.
25. Anquan Boldin, San Francisco 49ers
Anquan Boldin is averaging 63.8 yards per game. He is facing the New Orleans Saints, which will likely mean the San Francisco 49ers will have to rely more on Colin Kaepernick's arm than usual.
