Terrance Williams' Instant Fantasy Reaction After Week 8

Rob GoldbergOct 27, 2013

After four huge games in a row, Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrance Williams has proven that he is a legitimate fantasy option that will be able to contribute all year long.

The rookie third-round pick got the opportunity to shine when Miles Austin was limited with injuries earlier in the year. Since then, he has been a huge factor for the Cowboys, scoring in four straight games, including a 60-yard touchdown against the Detroit Lions in Week 8.

ESPN Stats and Info also provided a look at the receiver's big-play ability:

While it is sometimes hard to trust a wideout who gets most of his production on long plays, Williams was targeted seven times against the Philadelphia Eagles and most recently 10 times in Week 8.

Although Dez Bryant is still the top option overall for the Cowboys, Tony Romo clearly trusts the Baylor product as well. Williams has now totaled at least 60 yards in three of the past four weeks.

On a pass-heavy team that scores a lot of points, Williams is a must-start in standard fantasy leagues for the rest of the season.
