2013 Fantasy Football Kicker Rankings: NFL Week 8

With another exciting week of football under our belts, here are the Lester’s Legends 2013 Week 8 fantasy football kicker rankings.

1. Matt Prater, Denver Broncos

Matt Prater leads the NFL in scoring with 70 points on 11 field goals and 37 extra points. The Denver Broncos have been piling up the points. That should continue against the Washington Redskins. The Skins have allowed seven field goals and 23 extra points.

2. Stephen Gostkowski, New England Patriots

Stephen Gostkowski is second in the league in scoring with 68 points on 18 field goals (a league high) and 14 extra points. The New England Patriots square off with the Miami Dolphins this week. The Fins have allowed 14 field goals and 14 extra points.

3. Steven Hauschka, Seattle Seahawks

Steven Hauschka is third in the league in scoring with 67 points on 16 field goals and 19 extra points. He should remain hot against the St. Louis Rams. The Rams have allowed 10 field goals and 22 extra points.

4. Mason Crosby, Green Bay Packers

Mason Crosby has 60 points on 14 field goals and 18 extra points. Look for the Green Bay Packers to take it to the Minnesota Vikings. The Vikes have allowed nine field goals and 22 extra points.

5. Garrett Hartley, New Orleans Saints

Garrett Hartley has 59 points on 14 field goals and 17 extra points. He should continue to produce against the Buffalo Bills. The Bills have allowed 15 field goals and 19 extra points.

6. Alex Henery, Philadelphia Eagles

Alex Henery has 59 points on 14 field goals and 17 extra points. Look for a big week against the New York Giants. The G-Men have allowed 14 field goals and 24 extra points.

7. Nick Folk, New York Jets

Nick Folk has 60 points on 16 field goals and 12 extra points. The New York Jets face the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals have allowed 10 field goals and 15 extra points.

8. Ryan Succop, Kansas City Chiefs

Ryan Succop has 55 points on 12 field goals and 19 extra points. I expect another strong game against the Cleveland Browns. The Browns have allowed 10 field goals and 18 extra points.

9. Dan Bailey, Dallas Cowboys

Dan Bailey has 54 points on 11 field goals and 21 extra points. I like his chances against the Detroit Lions. The Lions have allowed 18 field goals and 13 extra points.

10. David Akers, Detroit Lions

David Akers has 54 points on 11 field goals and 21 extra points. Look for a solid game against the Dallas Cowboys. The Boys have allowed 12 field goals and 17 extra points.
