Hughes has given Sturridge plenty of opportunities to shine whether it be from the bench or not, but has struggled to impress 60 percent of the time.
Undoubtedly, Daniel Sturridge has everything needed to become a Premier League star but past media attention seems to have gone to his head, not to mention seeing Robinho arrive on a massive wage.

Chelsea, Aston Villa and Blackburn are all currently in the hunt for Manchester City striker Daniel Sturridge, whether or not they can offer Sturridge the wage he demands remains to be seen.

I was once happy to say I was a huge fan of Daniel Sturridge, I waited so long for him to shine and prove to the rest of England that he was capable of being the striker England needs. I guess the joke is on us City fans, and Sturridge should be ashamed.
Ship Sturridge out City and make an example of him, please.
