Colin Kapernick's Instant Fantasy Reaction After Week 7
He may not be Peyton Manning or Drew Brees, but another strong performance for Colin Kaepernick in Week 7 solidifies him as a strong fantasy quarterback option.
Kaepernick finished the game with 199 yards passing and 68 yards rushing along with a touchdown on the ground. In ESPN's standard scoring leagues, he put up 19 points.
Even without a number of key guys on offense, Kaepernick is getting the job done. He had a huge game to start the season with 412 yards and three touchdowns against the Green Bay Packers, but then things slowed down quite a bit. He's starting to turn things around again now with two straight solid outings.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The good news for Kaepernick is he should get at last one weapon back in the next few weeks. According to Marc Sessler on NFL.com, Michael Crabtree has a chance to be back in mid-to-late November, and he could make a big difference for this offense.
He isn't the top-tier fantasy option that he used to be, but Kaepernick is still a must-start in most fantasy leagues. He has plenty of upside thanks to being a dual-threat QB, and he should be able to have a few more big games this season.
