Matt Barkley's Updated Fantasy Value After Nick Foles' Injury
There's now a bit of a quarterback conundrum in Philadelphia.
Philadelphia Eagles signal-caller Nick Foles left Week 7's matchup against the Dallas Cowboys with an apparent head injury, via Eagles Insider.
Michael Vick was also inactive for the game, reports Zach Berman of the Philadelphia Inquirer, so rookie quarterback Matt Barkley is the next in line for snaps under center. Fantasy owners should monitor this situation closely.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Barkley will play for the remainder of Sunday's game with the Eagles confirming Foles is out:
If Vick and Foles are both inactive for Week 8, then Barkley will also be starting moving forward. He knows the system, though his lack of reps with the first-team offense may lead to a bit of a learning curve.
For now, I'd treat him the same way owners are treating Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Mike Glennon. There's likely to be some growing pains with a first-year quarterback, and Barkley likely isn't a better option than some of the others that could be available in fantasy leagues.
Chip Kelly's offense isn't easy to run, and relying on Barkley to have a grasp of it immediately wouldn't be wise. Leave him for now, but monitor his production, since the Eagles have plenty of playmakers on offense.
