How Barcelona Could Win the Champions League Final

Throughout this year, Barcelona has had an unbelievable season as they have already won La Liga and the Spanish Copa del Rey respectively. Furthermore, if they win the Champions League title they will become the first Spanish team ever to win the treble.

So far this season Barcelona has had amazing years from Eto'o, Thierry Henry, and Lionel Messi, which have contributed to 94 goals combined in all competitions for Barcelona this season. Their goal scoring production has probably been the reason why they are in the position to accomplish something that no other Spanish team has done, in winning the treble.

However, earlier this year Barcelona went through a tough stretch during February, which caused many people to believe that Barcelona might not win La Liga, but that didn't come true as Barcelona recovered and won La Liga.

Ever since that month, Barcelona has been probably the best team in the world, and along with the honors that Barcelona have already won in Spain, they are poised to take their second Champions League title in the last four years.

In order to win the Champions League final Barcelona are going to have to accomplish multiple tasks to defeat the defending European Champions Manchester United.

The first thing that they are going to have to do is to try to overcome Éric Abidal’s and Daniel Alves’ suspensions after their infractions versus Chelsea in the second leg of the semifinal.

The second thing that they are going to have to do is to make sure Henry and second leg hero Andrés Iniesta don't miss the final due to the injuries that have plagued them in recent games.

The third thing that they are going to have to do is to make sure they play a complete game against Man Utd. They know they can't have many slip-ups in the game or the game could become a blowout win for Man Utd.

The fourth thing that they are going to have to do is to get a strong attack going against United's strong defense. They have been great on defense this season, and will be looking to neutralize Barcelona's attack during the match.

And the fifth and final thing that Barcelona need to do to win this game is not to play like they did against Chelsea in the semifinals. If they play the same type of match, the final will be a blowout loss for Barcelona.

If Barcelona can do all of these things effectively during the final, they will have a great chance of winning, and becoming the first Spanish team ever to accomplish the Treble.
