Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
There seems to be fantasy potential under center in Buffalo, as both Manuel and Lewis have now put up solid numbers. But owners shouldn't be falling over themselves to acquire Jeff Tuel, the man likely to see action if Lewis is forced to miss any time.
The undrafted rookie was wildly underwhelming at Washington State, and in backup duty against the Cleveland Browns last Thursday, he completed just eight of his 20 throws for 80 yards and an interception.
In fact, the Bills had such little confidence in Tuel they went and signed Lewis off the practice squad and immediately named him the starter.
Unless you're in a comically large league, there's no point in giving much attention to Tuel at the moment.
While he looked decent in the preseason, things change in the regular season. He simply hasn't shown anything on the gridiron to get excited about, and Lewis has earned more playing time as long as his injury is as minor as expected.
