You'll have to go back to 2004, when the New York Giants selected Philip Rivers fourth overall (subsequently trading him for Eli Manning), for the last time the franchise had a top-10 pick in the draft.

At 0-6 this year, the Giants could potentially finish with the worst record in the league, though Jacksonville, Tampa Bay and Pittsburgh will likely provide stiff competition.
