Must-Watch Early Game: New England Patriots at Cincinnati Bengals

The Pats are looking to improve to 5-0 and continue proving their offseason doubters wrong.

This squad lost almost all of its notable receivers from last year and has been dealing with injuries to this season’s top talents.

Despite the rough situation, Tom Brady is still playing at an extremely high level. It may even be one of the finest campaigns of his prestigious career, considering the circumstances.

Winning today will be tough, as New England goes up against a desperate Cincinnati team looking to regain ground in the standings. The Bengals are sitting at .500 and have been relatively disappointing when compared to the lofty preseason hype.

It should be an excellent offensive battle, with Andy Dalton and A.J. Green looking to go blow-for-blow against Brady, Danny Amendola, Julian Edelman and the rest of the Pats’ weapons.

Must-Watch Late Game: Houston Texans at San Francisco 49ers

The Texans are looking to right the ship after losing back-to-back games and falling down to .500 on the season. It’s certainly not going to be easy, especially not during a visit to Candlestick Park on Sunday night.

San Francisco will be hosting this nationally televised contest and is looking to jump-start a winning streak.

The 49ers decimated the St. Louis Rams in a Thursday Night Football matchup back in Week 4 and have had plenty of rest and time to prepare for this showdown.

Expect the ground game to be heavily featured in this marquee battle, as both sides have excellent running backs capable of breakout performances.

Frank Gore will be leading the way for San Fran. The veteran back is coming off a 153-yard, one-score show against the Rams. Texans rusher Arian Foster finally had his first big game of the season in Week 4, going off for 171 total yards in a losing effort.

Whichever featured back has the better performance will certainly give his team an important leg up in outright winning this game.

Definitely tune in to catch some old-school, smash-mouth football on Sunday night.
