CLT20: Sunrisers Hyderabad vs. Titans Scorecard, Recap and More

A commanding victory for the Titans left Sunrisers Hyderabad in trouble in the Champions League T20. 

The Sunrisers were put in to bat at the toss and laboured to 145 for seven from their 20 overs.

Shikhar Dhawan's 21-ball 37 promised much, but once he departed there was little else, and only Dale Steyn's cameo against his South African countrymen, worth 27 in 12 balls, propped the total up to something competitive.

In the end it was not even that—an opening stand of 112 between captain Henry Davids and Jacques Rudolph settled the contest, and although the Sunrisers picked up a couple of wickets, the Titans wrapped up the win with 3.3 overs to spare.

The win puts the Titans back into the qualification places for the semi-finals with two wins from three—another in their last game against Trinidad and Tobago would confirm their place.

Hyderabad, meanwhile, must win their last and hope other results go their way.
