Chargers vs. Titans: TV Info, Spread, Injury Updates, Game Time and More
Two of the NFL's more resurgent franchises take the field in what has the potential to be one of Week 3's top contests as the San Diego Chargers travel to Tennessee to take on the Titans.
Despite being counted out by many, San Diego has started off the season in a great way at 1-1. After a heartbreaking loss in Week 1 against Houston, Philip Rivers and Co. pulled off the upset in Philadelphia last week.
On the flip side is Tennessee, a team that bullied Pittsburgh in Week 1 before losing a heartbreaker of its own against Houston in overtime last week.

Can Jake Locker Take Advantage?
Through two weeks, the San Diego defense has had serious issues stopping the pass. In Week 1, Matt Schaub torched the unit for 328 yards. Week 2 saw Michael Vick go for 428 despite the Chargers pulling out the win.
It's a matchup Tennessee needs to exploit to win, but the Titans are ill-equipped to do so with Jake Locker under center. Despite being backed by a quality running game, Locker has thrown for just 273 yards and two touchdowns through two weeks.
Locker's inability to push the ball down the field will be an issue against a San Diego defense that struggles to prevent completions.
Should Locker turn things around, Tennessee could have an easy path to victory at home. Now in his third season, Locker has failed to inspire so far.
Prediction
Placing a bet on Locker to suddenly turn things around is ill-advised. His yards-per-attempt average has dropped now in three consecutive seasons despite the addition of more talent such as Kendall Wright.
The Chargers can use a balanced running and passing attack to find success against Tennessee, as Houston did. Rivers and the offense have quietly been great through two weeks and that will continue on the road in Tennessee.
The deal-breaker here is Titans running back Chris Johnson, but the San Diego defense has surrendered just over 50 yards each to LeSean McCoy and Arian Foster in consecutive weeks.
San Diego is simply the better team at this point. Last year the Chargers scored their biggest victory of the season over Tennessee in Week 2. The Titans are improved, but not enough to change the outcome this season.
Final Score
Chargers win 30-20
