Why Do the Dallas Cowboys Always Underachieve?

The same sad story is repeating itself in Dallas: A team loaded with talent that can't seem to produce results in the win column. 

Following a big division win on Sunday Night Football in Week 1, the Cowboys were frustrated by the Kansas City Chiefs, 17-16, in Week 2.

It begs the same question: Why do the Cowboys always seem to underachieve despite having one of the most dynamic rosters in the NFL?
