Mireyaย Villarreal of CBS 11 Dallas-Fort Worth reported that Miller was cited for speeding on March 22, 2012, in Orange County, California.ย
Initially, Orange County spokespersonย Susan Schroeder reportedly confirmed to Villarreal and CBS 11 that Miller never showed up on or before the court date listed on his ticket, and a warrant was then issued for his arrest. The warrant was said to be active in the county, and Miller allegedly never paid the fine.ย
Per that report, Miller's attorney,ย Mark Schamel, responded to the news with the following quote: "This is a $240 speeding ticket for driving 10 mph over the speed limit. Iโm hoping to have this cleared up in the next 24 hours."
