Oakland Raiders: Move Rump, from Dump, Get Pumped, and Bump It Up

If you grew up in a big family, you learned quickly that everybody has duties or chores.

You had to function as a team.  The Oakland Raiders has to increase the functionality of the team, too.  It is a big NFL family.

There is always one kid who sleeps late, drags around the house and who won't get off his "rump" and wash the dishes, dust the furniture or mow the lawn.

Okay, Raiders, everybody has a job, so do your job---Win!

A dad (or single mom) might say, "Okay, son, get off your rump and....."

"Get out of the dumb, child, and go do your homework" is what another adult in the extended family would say.

Then, the family would say, "We are all pumped up at the new job Johnny is getting."

Finally, when someone wants more out of you, and wants something to increase, they tell you to "bump it up."

All of the above apply to the Oakland Raiders: 

Have more passion for victories and "get off your rump" and get busy.

Don't listen to the negatives, just "pull out of the dump" and get excited about the possibilities.

"Get pumped up" with excitement and enthusiasm and get ready to win.

The rank in AFC and in NFL--Bump it up.  Move it up to the top.
