Dancing Crystal Palace Fan Tops Jim White as Sky Sports News Deadline Day Star
There are certain staples of transfer deadline day that make the whole agonising process worthwhile.
Sky Sports News tends to be at the heart of them, with the incomparable (whether you like him or not, there's nobody like him) Jim White, the ringmaster in the final hours.
But a new phenomenon that has grown over recent seasons has been attempts to make a spectacle of yourself on television as the roving reporters do their job across the Premier League's grounds.
It can be fun, but it can also be somewhat inappropriate. On occasions, as one journalist found out in January, it can be both.
But the dancing Crystal Palace fan above may have stolen the show before White even turns up for work, with his bizarre dancing.

Blink and you'll miss it, but it was certainly more noteworthy than anything Jeremy Langdon had to say on the comings and goings at Crystal Palace.
What his inspiration was is hard to say, although some speculated it could have been a tribute to this Joe Hart dance (spoiler: once you've seen it, it is burned into your brain forever).

Evidently, it was something of a success, because just a few minutes later when Langdon was next on air there were more fans in the background, and more than one of them were dancing.
If it grows any faster, it could be this month's Harlem Shake—except funny.
