The transfer window slams shut at 11 p.m. BST on Monday, and Wayne Rooney is still a Manchester United player.

A rumour-filled summer has seen Rooney's future at Old Trafford in some doubt with the England striker 
linked to ChelseaArsenal and clubs in other leagues such as Real Madrid, PSG and Monaco at various points this summer.

Rooney will be sidelined for the immediate future after an accidental collision saw him go to hospital with a forehead laceration according to The Mirror, forcing him out of Sunday’s clash with Liverpool. United lost that match 1-0.
