Madden 25: Best EA Sports Videos from the Build to Tuesday's Release
Madden 25 has hardcore and casual video game fans ready for its Tuesday release, and the build to the monumental day has been nothing short of perfect.
EA Sports got the publicity for Madden 25 correct.
There have been several great commercials tied to the release of the 2013 edition of the game, but only the following videos have earned a spot among my top three.

Running Back Sons
The best commercial leading up to the release of Madden 25 was the Running Back Sons video featuring star running backs Marshawn Lynch from the Seattle Seahawks and Arian Foster from the Houston Texans.
As two of the best players in the NFL and in the Madden franchise, Lynch and Foster excel off the field as well in this hilarious depiction of their respective fathers competing against each other to raise the better football-playing son.
With legitimately funny one-liners from each, this commercial is the perfect depiction of the fun-natured competitiveness that the Madden series has spawned.
EA Sports’ Running Back Sons is one of the best campaigns in the history of the Madden NFL franchise.
Summer Camp
While Running Back Sons took the spot in my rankings, the video featuring Colin Kaepernick and Russell Wilson entitled Summer Camp was a close second place.
The young quarterbacks are depicted at a summer camp spending all of their time playing the old editions of the classic series. That rivalry leads both to commit to training during the school year in order to be better than the other when they returned the next summer.
The video culminates with Kaepernick and Wilson training in impressive ways in the NFL before going head-to-head in another chapter to their Madden feud.
This was a smart comedic approach to the advertisement.
The Official Madden 25 Trailer
While the comedy associated with the other two commercials made them memorable, there is nothing better at this time of year than the official trailer.
Madden 25 is no different.
The release of Madden every year positions itself as the preseason reaches a fever pitch and NFL fans can’t wait for regular-season football any longer. Add in the fantasy football frenzy that surrounds this previous weekend, and Madden is the talk of the football community.
Not only will the improved graphics catch the eye of the casual fans, but the adjustments and improvements in gameplay will also have hardcore gamers willing to pay for the latest edition of the series.
After watching this video, who doesn’t want to play?
