Sand Tiger Shark Gets Caught Eating Another Shark

Scientists working on a project in the Delaware Bay discovered more than they expected when they pulled up a bait line a few weeks ago. On the line—which was being used to recapture tagged sharks—was a three-foot long dogfish shark completely swallowed by a sand tiger shark. The ORB LAB posted the following on its Facebook page:
