Sky Sports News' Nick Collins Falls over While Broadcasting Live from Wembley
Sky Sports News' Chief Football Correspondent Nick Collins caused unintended hilarity when he fell over during a live broadcast from Wembley.
Collins was explaining the team news and storylines ahead of England's preseason friendly match with Scotland, set to take place in the capital later.
Discussing who was set to start in midfield for England in the wake of Michael Carrick's withdrawal, Collins said:
"But he was a man in form, he was man of the match here at the Community Shield game, err...
"
With that, he lost his footing on the raised platform he was standing on, and amid the rustle of flying broadcasters, Sky cut back to the studio.
The normally excitable anchor Jim White didn't miss a beat, however, and said:
"Now that's the kind of thing you hope never happens to you on live television...but it obviously happened to Nick there. We shall go back to Wembley just as soon as Nick Collins tells us he's OK.
"
In the Internet age, it's taken no time at all for the clip to go viral, and it's already doing the rounds on Twitter.
You can watch the YouTube clip above, but for sheer six-second loop hilarity, we have to confess that it just works even better on Vine, which is why you can watch it below.

Fortunately, we are pleased to reveal that about five minutes after the incident Collins was back on the air and able to deliver his broadcast from Wembley.
