Transfer Rumours : Who's Going Where? (Revised)

Where are the Trophies going?,this question has been the reason for many heated arguments in the football world in recent weeks.Apart from the Glory we shift our attention to the big movers.Indeed,the clubs that will be splashing huge amounts of money to strengthen their squads.Here we look at certain transfer deals which have the potential to go through.

Luka Modric

Luka Modric currently plays for Dinamo Zagreb,he is a very important part of the Croatian National Team who knocked England out of qualifying for Euro 2008.Modric is one of the most talented prospects in European Football and his performances have seen keen interest for Tottenham,Arsenal,Chelsea and Barcelona.Liverpool have reportedly made an offer for the midfielder and if Rafael Benitez has his way then it is very likely that Modric will be at Anfield next season.

Peter Crouch

Peter Crouch,the lanky English striker has had to fight for his place in the Liverpool side this season and has been behind the likes of Torres and Kuyt in the pecking order.Crouch has revealed he will need a suitable offer to take him away from Merseyside and it is believed that Harry Redknapp is willing to sign the forward.Portsmouth will reportedly be offering a stunning £6 million to sign the Liverpool striker.

Esteban Granero

Tottenham Hotspurs are the likely destination for the 20 year old Spaniard,Real Madrid are in talks with the London club who are eager to sign Granero who is currently on loan at Getafe.

Obafemi Martins

Newcastle manager Kevin Keegan has revealed it will not be easy for any club to lure Micheal Owen away from St.James Park.However,Owen's teammate Martins who has played a pivotal role in the Newcastle Revival is wanted by the likes of Manchester United,Arsenal and Valencia.It is believed that Newcastle will only listen to offers in excess of £20 million for the Nigerian.

Samir Nasri

If Samir Nasri,tipped as the next Zidane moves from Olympique Marseille it is almost certain that he will be heading for the Bernabeau.Real Madrid's club president Ramon Calderon is a long time admirer of the French Hot-Shot and will certainly be willing to pay an outstanding amount for his services.

Miguel Veloso/Joao Moutinho

Manchester United Assistant Manager Carlos Queiroz was dispatched by the club to let him watch Rangers meet Sporting Lisbon in the UEFA Cup.It is widely believed Queiroz was their to assess the Portuguese duo.United have snapped up the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Nani from Sporting previously.Sources have revealed that United are preparing a combined deal of £18 million for both players.

Ronaldinho

Barcelona's Ronaldinho has been plagued by injuries this season and it is believed that the Brazilian may be moving away from Camp Nou come the end of the season.Chelsea,AC Milan and Fernabache have all showed keen interest in signing the former FIFA player of the year.Manchester City have also joined the race recently.It is possible that Ronaldinho may stay in Barcelona to end all the speculation about his much hyped transfer deal.

Adrian Mutu

Thaksin Shinawatra has told Sven Goran Eriksson to sign a 'real star' who can help fill in the seats at Eastlands.Mutu has previously played in England at Chelsea but was the victim of a drug controversy.Manchester City are willing to offer around £12 million to Fiorentina for the Romanian.

Andriy Shevchenko

Shevchenko has been out of favour at Chelsea and AC Milan who sold the Ukrainian forward to Chelsea for a staggering £30 million want to re-sign the forward for a quarter of that amount.Shevchenko has demanded more playing time or will surely be moving away from Stamford Bridge.

Werder Bremen's most prestigious player has earned interest from financial powers,Real Madrid and Chelsea with such money involved,one wonders can the Germans keep Diego at the club?

David Bentley 

David Bentley has been giving advice lately,suggesting that if Theo Walcott moves away from Arsenal it will be best for the latter.Bentley,himself,is now on the 'Wanted' list of Premier League Super Powers,Liverpool and Chelsea.Bentley's consistent performances have made him a contender for the England Squad and now it is possible that he might be playing for Champions League club next season.

The Bulgarian might not be at Emirates next season.Reports claim Catalan Giants, Barcelona and Serie A Champions,Inter Milan are both considering bids for Hleb.

Sir Alex Ferguson's attempts to bring Xavi to Old Trafford might have failed last season but it is believed The Gaffer is aiming to lure Xavi's teammate,Andres Iniesta to join the English Champions.Iniesta's performances for Barcelona have really impressed many pundits and it is no surprise to see on the giants of World Football going in to get him.

Inter Milan don't seem to amused by his play,Sao Paulo don't seem to interested to bag him permanently,where will the Brazilian striker end up? West Ham have opened the door but will he come to England? The question remains unanswered.
