Big-Money Buys on Liverpool's Radar
There are still some big-money transfers Liverpool is looking at with the transfer window winding down.
The Merseyside club has brought in a few players so far this summer, but none were big-money signings. Liverpool is in danger of losing its best asset, as the Daily Mail reports Arsenal is still interested in Luis Suarez.
We'll consider bids that require more than £10 million as big-money buys, especially considering there are few world-class players still available at this time.
So, who could become Liverpool's biggest signing of the summer? Click through to find out.

Diego Costa
1 of 3According to ESPN FC, Liverpool submitted a £21.8 million bid for Atletico Madrid forward Diego Costa in early August.
Attacking players always cost a high amount, especially when they are coming off of a good season. Costa scored 20 goals and had eight assists in 44 games last season.
That was his best season in an Atletico Madrid shirt, and the club will be keen to hold on to him after the sale of Radamel Falcao. Liverpool may have to increase its bid to sign the 24-year-old Brazilian, and that would certainly make him a big-money buy.
Kyriakos Papadopoulos
2 of 3Schalke defender Kyriakos Papadopoulos has been linked, according to the Simon Jones of the Daily Mail, to a £13 million move to Liverpool.
Jones believes part of Liverpool's interest is due to a possible Napoli move for Martin Skrtel. Like attackers, young talent with big potential costs money, and Papadopoulos would be a great signing for the present and future of Liverpool.
Schalke would not let the 21-year-old Greek international go easily, and that, as well as possible competition for his signature, may result in his cost rising.
Jackson Martinez
3 of 3Porto's Jackson Martinez could be another possible signing, according to the Daily Express.
A huge £35 million fee has been touted for the Colombian striker, and that would make him Liverpool's biggest signing in a while. Martinez notched 29 goals in 28 games during an impressive debut season with Porto.
If Luis Suarez leaves, Jackson Martinez would be a great addition to increase the attacking firepower in the squad.
