Glorious Goodwood Racing 2013: Predictions for Thursday's Key Races
The third day of Glorious Goodwood is Ladies' Day. It promises to be just as exciting as the first two days, with seven very different races on the card.
The biggest race of the day is the Goodwood Cup, a Group 2 contest ran over two miles.
The card also includes the Gordon's Stakes Handicap and a race for the juveniles, the New Ham Maiden Fillies Stakes, which is the fifth event of the day.

Gordon's Stakes Handicap
A mile-and-a-quarter Class 2 race, the Gordon's Stakes Handicap is the opening race of Ladies' Day.
Historically, this has been a race for in-form horses, with just one surprise result in the last decade.
Our pick: Mushaakis (8-1)
Trainer Mark Johnston has won this race more than once, and he can do it again with in-form Mushaakis.
Goodwood Cup
The highlight of Day 3, the Goodwood Cup dates back to 1808 and is known as the second leg of the Stayers Triple Crown.
This is a huge test of stamina for the horses competing and has often been kind to the bookmakers' favourites.
Our pick: Brown Panther (11-2)
A horse in fairly good form, Brown Panther has the energy to pip Caucus and Mount Athos to the line.
New Ham Maiden Fillies Stakes
A seven-furlong race for two-year-old fillies, the New Ham Maiden Fillies Stakes is a genuine test for the young horses competing.
Six of the last eight winners have been either favourites or second-favourites, so expect that trend to continue.
Our pick: Radiator
Trained by Sir Michael Stoute and with a great pedigree behind her, Radiator looks like a wise bet.
