Hello everyone.

Finals are over, and I'm home for the summer.  This means I have a very long four months until preseason starts. Until then, there is the NHL draft that takes place in June, and this one is looking to be full of high-end talent that will make an immediate impact on the teams that to which these particular players are drafted.

Since the playoffs are still going on, the draft order is not yet set. For now, enjoy my top 30 player power rankings for the 2009 NHL Draft.

Note: This is not a mock draft. This is just my personal assessment on where each prospect stands in relation to the others, factoring in talent level, potential, and competition.
