Favre the Cheesehead and More
A Few Things That I Think
NBA
The Houston Rockets seem to have a chip on their shoulder. After sending the young Blazers home, the Rockets have stuck it to the Lakers.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Granted, the Lakers tied the series last night, but this series will last six or seven games, and don't be shocked if the Rockets make it past the second round.
Speaking of the Blazers, I really like this team. They just need a few tweaks and they will be contenders for many years. They still have a couple of guys in Europe that can play now, Joel Freeland and Petteri Koponen.
With a late round draft pick and 4 second round picks, it should be interesting to see what General Manager Kevin Pritchard & Co will have in store this off-season.
NHL
The NHL needs to comeback to the mainstream. They are trying to reach a deal with ESPN, but would have to give up on NBC and VS.
If you were vying for networks, would you rather have NBC & VS, or ESPN & ABC? I understand that ESPN gave up on them during the strike, but it was the NHL's fault for letting ESPN leave.
MLB
For as much as I have followed baseball in years past, I am not that into it. I used to have four or five fantasy teams.
This year, none! I'm a Twins, Reds, Cubs, Mariners fan, and all seem to be off to a pretty good start, not great, but decent. I am hoping that once the NBA and NHL playoffs are done, baseball will become relevant again.
NASCAR
I know this was a few weeks ago, but the wreck at the end of the Talladega race was incredible. It is incredible that no one got seriously injured, fans or Edwards. Not to mention Newman took a pretty hard like.
This is going to kill me. IF, and it looks like it will happen, the Vikings sign Favre, I will have to boycott the Vikings until Favre retires (for good)!
I have hated the Packers since my younger days watching the likes of Anthony Carter, Tommy Kramer, D.J. Dozier, and more.
I grew up hating two teams, the Packers and the Niners. I idolized the teams of the 80s, and continued to done my Vikings jersey through the 90s and the even now. I loathed No. 4 in Yellow and Green.
What makes matters worse is that the college QB that I followed is a backup in Cheeseheadland.
Why, in a matter of two years, the one NFL team that I love turns to a cheesehead at QB, and the QB from the one college team that I love turns into a cheesehead?
I guess now that I have moved to the Charlotte area I will give the Panthers a shot. They just signed another QB from Louisville. I am dreading December 20th at Bank of America Stadium.
That's it for now, Thanks for reading.
