US Open Golf 2013: How to View Live Updates on Day 2 Scores

Keeping up with the latest on the leaderboard at the U.S. Open is easy. The year's second major has a plethora of sources to keep fans in the know.

The live scoreboard below will appear in most U.S. Open articles on Bleacher Report. It updates automatically and features the players at the very top of the leaderboard. There is a link to the full leaderboard and a timestamp that indicates the last time the page was updated.

Phil Mickelson's awesome Round 1 performance was the highlight of Thursday's early action. But several players are still in the hunt. If someone doesn’t create some separation, this tournament could go right down to the wire.

Fans can also click here to go directly to the U.S. Open leaderboard. It is updated in real time to reflect the latest changes in scores from every active player. Much like the leaderboard for every PGA event, the results are sortable by several categories.

Weather was a major factor on Day 1 of the tournament, and, per Weather.com, more issues could affect play on Friday. Scattered thunderstorms are in the forecast, so the golf world will have to keep its fingers crossed. 

If Mother Nature intervenes again, the official U.S. Open website will have information about the delay. Either way, with so many options for information, there is no reason any fan should be out of the loop.
