Fear Of Nnamdi, Means Chris Johnson To Be Tested

Chris Johnson is better then Deangelo Hall. Period. Taller, stronger, faster and can cover man to man better. The only thing Hall has on Johnson is a bigger contract. A major reason why Deangelo Hall was an Oakland Raider was because of Lane Kiffin and Greg Knapp from his Atlanta ties.

Kiffin, Knapp, and Hall are gone.

What's left? Chris Johnson.

Johnson was taken care of by the Oakland Raiders this off-season with signing a new contract. Last season Chris Johnson had to sit and watch for the first eight games of the season while Deangelo Hall was getting burnt. It wasn't until later in the season until Chris Johnson was put into the starting line-up. Tom Cable? Could be, but truth of the matter Chris Johnson is a player who has been under the radar.

2009-2010 will be Chris Johnson coming out party, fact is, your average non Raider fan doesn't even know who Chris Johnson is. You say Chris Johnson and they will think of the Running Back on the Tennessee Titans.

However they definitely know who pro bowler Nnamdi Asomugha is. Nnamdi who many around the NFL is considered to be the best cornerback in the league, has struck fear in teams. Quaterbacks avoid throwing to his side, due to his excellent coverage, its rare that Nnamdi will see more than three passes his way in a game.

This upcoming season look for #37 Chris Johnson to be making big plays, I predict Johnson will have between 4-7 interceptions and one touchdown on the season.
