Watch 'Birdman' Swat Tyler Hansbrough's Shot into Stands After Flagrant Foul

Mere seconds after earning a flagrant foul for his run-in with Tyler Hansbrough, Chris Andersen attacked the Indiana Pacers forward again. This time, though, it was all legal, as Birdman soared to slap one of Psycho T's offerings into the stands midway through the second quarter.

It was a big play, as the Miami crowd desperately needed a jolt.

Apparently, an authoritative swat was all it took to wake up the assembled rappers and spray-tanned housewives who made up a big portion of the assembled crowd.

The block clearly pleased Andersen, who went into a mini-conniption after he returned to earth. If he was buzzing from the adrenaline of his dust-up with Hansbrough before, the ensuing block nearly sent him into some kind of seizure.

That's what Andersen is supposed to do, though. He's an energy player, and the Heat badly needed a power source to get themselves going. It would have been nice if Birdman had been able to ignite his team without first assaulting an opposing player, but that's kind of the mixed bag his unpredictable demeanor brings.

Hopefully, Andersen enjoyed his highlight. After the league takes a longer look at his flagrant foul on Hansbrough, there's a good chance he'll be sitting on the bench with a suspension for Game 6.
