WWE Superstars Shock Therapy: Is The Unified Gold Becoming Priceless?
Gail Kim and Maria vs. Alicia Fox and Michelle McCool
Kim and Fox start off with Gail getting early control with a huge cross body. Following a hurracanrana, Kim tags in Maria, who comes in and hits a unique leg drop. Fox gets control thanks to a cheap shot from Michelle McCool.
The former Divas Champion comes in and continues the assault on the Playboy cover girl. McCool keeps control with a few knee strikes followed by a Russian Leg Sweep.
Following a cheap shot, Michelle gets dropped with a quick kick before managing enough strength to tag in Gail Kim. Kim comes in and delivers a huge splash followed by a Head Over Heels on the former Divas Champion.
McCool manages to catch her with a Cool Kick before getting the pin and the victory over Gail Kim.
Paul Burchill vs. Evan Bourne
Burchill shows pure aggression with a series of shots to the back and a kick to the lower back. But Bourne tries to bounce back with a series of kicks to the legs, but Burchill recovers to deliver a modified belly to belly suplex.
Following a Dangerous Buster, Burchill applies a modified chicken wing. As Bourne continues to fight back, Burchill goes on the offensive, until Bourne nails a quick kick.
Back on Superstars, Burchill continues to focus on the left knee of Bourne. He then takes Bourne’s leg to the outside and rams them into the steel post. After Katie Lea gets involved. After breaking a leg lock, Bourne tries to bounce back with a flying elbow.
Bourne tries to go for the Airbourne, but Burchill blocks the finisher. After dropping the Englishman, Bourne nails the Airbourne to get the pinfall and the victory over Burchill.
Following video footage from this past Monday’s RAW, Josh Matthews interviews Priceless. After making it clear that they will ensure that this war between Randy Orton and The McMahons ends on Monday night, they turn their attention to Ted’s opponent for tonight, one-half of the Unified Tag Team Champions, Carlito.
Main Event Ted DiBiase vs. Carlito
Carlito has early control with an armbar on DiBiase. But Ted bounces back by grabbing the hair, only to have Carltio reverse into an arm drag. Carlito sends both of them down to the floor below.
Back in the ring, the two are going back and forth, with DiBiase getting control with a trifecta of elbow drops followed by the Million Dollar Fist. Carlito manages to bounce back with a back suplex followed by the knee lift/clothesline combination. Carlito continues control with a DDT.
DiBiase recovers and hits a scoop slam but can’t get the pinfall. DiBiase counters an elbow and delivers the Dream Street to get the pinfall victory over the Unified Tag Team Champion.
Priceless celebrates as WWE Superstars goes off the air.
