Former Jacksonville Jaguars first-round pick Justin Blackmon has been suspended four games in the 2013 season, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
He is suspended for violating Policy and Program for Substances Abuse, per Ian Rapoport.

The specific violation is unknown for now for now, but it is not the result of performance-enhancing drugs. Blackmon does have a history of substance abuse, as he was arrested a month after the 2012 NFL draft for a DUI.
Blackmon will be eligible to return to the team Sept. 30, which is the day following the Jaguars' game against the AFC South rival Indianapolis Colts.
