3 TNA Wrestlers Likely to Be Released Very Soon!

Joe Burgett Apr 25, 2009

If you can believe it, TNA is going to be releasing wrestlers very soon. It is quite surprising considering TNA seems to running low on wrestlers...good ones anyway. They have the normal ones on the show, of course.

The Main Event Mafia includes many of the veterans like Angle, Booker, and Nash. AJ, Joe, and others are there for the Front Line, then the tag teams like Team 3D are there too. And you cannot forget the Knockouts.

But the fact is that they are it, and then they are going to release some? I don't know if that is such a good idea, TNA.

Some of the talent they have are very underused. And this could help them get more air time. But I still am not sure that they should release a few of them.

The people that are rumored to be released or not picked up after their contract expires are Kip James, Rhaka Khan, and Roxxi.

I am kind of sure that none of these people have seen a TNA show in a few weeks. In fact, James has been missing for a while from the Beautiful People role he has been in for a good while.

He is a good talent, but apparently TNA does not know how to use him right. It is a shame of course, but I feel he will be gone without even getting a chance to prove himself.

Khan seems to be one of those people I cannot get into. I try to watch her, but she is so boring to me. She is a physical specimen no doubt, but she just does not have anything special to me.

If you can believe it, she was dating Kurt Angle. I know, I was shocked, too. I feel Karen was way better looking. However they have since broken up and since Angle is not on her side, I feel he will have nothing great to say to keep her around.

Roxxi is another story, she is probably one of the more popular knockouts in the division and she is one of the reasons people like the TNA Knockout division. She is called the Hardcore Knockout for a reason, and she proves her worth.

I feel letting her go would be a bad move, as she has really been on a roll for the past year.

She deserves to stay, what more can she do? She has shaved her head, she has bled for you TNA, I mean this is no man but a woman. I am not a sexist, but I cannot tell you that I think women should be bleeding like the guys.

Yet she does it, and I feel she is the heart of that division. By losing her, you lose a big part. You let Gail Kim go, and she was a huge part of it. Losing Roxxi could be a blow that the division cannot come back from easily.

Jeff Jarrett recently went on record saying they want to cycle talent every so often to keep the product fresh and these look like the prime candidates not to be re-signed. Which is a shame to me because of how much they have done in TNA.
