In their last five, Hull have drawn two and lost three, earning only two points from the 15 on offer. Hull City are currently 16th in the league, one point behind 15th placed Sunderland and equal on points with 17th placed Blackburn.

Hull have no new injury concerns.

Liverpool

Liverpool drew 4-4 with Arsenal at Anfield in their last league outing, ending a run of five straight league wins for the Reds.

In their last five, Liverpool have won four and drawn one, picking up 13 points from the 15 available. The Reds are currently second in the league, three points behind leaders Manchester United (who have a game in hand), and three points ahead of third placed Chelsea.

Captain Steven Gerrard is fighting to be fit for this match, after the midfielder missed the match against Arsenal due to a groin injury.

Prediction

The two sides drew 2-2 earlier this season at Anfield, at a time when the Tigers were riding high in the league.

However, with only one win in their last seventeen league matches, Hull are now only in the safety zone by three points and are in serious danger of being relegated at the end of the season.

After their dramatic draw with Arsenal on Tuesday, Liverpool's title hopes are now looking very bleak with Manchester United three points clear with a match still in hand. The Reds must win in order to keep up any remaining pressure on the Red Devils and will be keen to post a convincing victory at KC Stadium.

Holding the worst home record in the league and currently in poor form, Hull don't look as if they will pose too much of a threat, and Liverpool will go into this match as heavy favourites for the win.
