The Kansas City Chiefs have traded 10-time Pro Bowler Tony Gonzalez to the Atlanta Falcons for a 2010 second-round draft pick.

The dream of McNabb-to-Gonzalez is over for Eagles fans.

And for those who say he has lost a step, Gonzalez caught 96 balls for 1,058 yards and 10 touchdowns. What did L.J. Smith do last year?

Nothing.

I have to assume that the Eagles have a plan this weekend to upgrade the TE position. I am hoping it is Florida's Cornelius Ingram.
