Other sports have a weekly awards watch, so I've decided to do it for the MLB.

American League MVP:
5. Kevin Youkilis (Bos) - .429 avg, four home runs, 12 RBI, and 1.272 OPS.

NL Manager of the Year: Fredi Gonzalez (Fla) has his team atop the NL East with a deep rotation and a combination of small-ball and power from the offense.
