Danielle's Garage Of Drivers: Pheonix
Here is the way I see the points standings. Warning: these are the actual points standings.
.) Tony Stewart — Tony ran another good race. I believe he will get a win very soon, maybe Dega could be Tony's day. Stewart finished second.
.) Denny Hamlin — As much as I hate too admit it, Hamlin had a good race. Hamlin finished sixth.
.) David Ruetimann — Ruetimann had another top ten finish at Phoenix. Ruetimann will be getting his first win soon. He finished eighth.
.) Jeff Burton — Burton has been slowly working his way up in the points standings. He finished 15th.
.) Kurt Busch — Kurt has continued to finish up front. He finished third.
.) Jimmie Johnson — Jimmie may not have won his fourth straight Phoenix win but he did battle back to finish fourth.
.) Carl Edwards — Carl got his forth top ten of the season. He finished tenth.
.) Jeff Gordon — Jeff didn't have the best night, but he did maintain his points lead over teammate Jimmie Johnson. He finished 25th.
.) Kasey Kahne — Can Kasey stay in the top 12? Well, he's doing good so far. He finished 13th.
.) Clint Bowyer — Clint didn't do as well as he hoped but is still in the top 12. He finished 26th.
.) Kyle Busch — He didn't have the best finish, but like Bowyer, he is still in the top 12. He finished 17th.
.) Matt Kenseth — Matt's season started of great but has quickly began to desintigrate. He finished 27th.
Wild Card, Mark Martin — Mark has manged to do the unthinkable. He won a Nascar Sprint cup race at age 50! Congrats to Mark and the No.5 team. Keep those wins coming Mark.
