The NCAA tournament is kind enough to give us a little time off after the intense madness that is the first four days of the tournament. However, the drama reprieve will quickly come to an end as the Sweet 16 tips off on Thursday.

With a Sweet 16 featuring Cinderellas like the first-ever No. 15 seed to advance this far, and three No. 1 seeds still battling, there are some excellent matchups.

Here is where and when you can catch all the Sweet 16 action followed by three games that will pack the entertainment value.

Matchups to Watch

No. 3: Florida (3) vs. FGCU (15)

As the first No. 15 seed to advance to the Sweet 16, all eyes will be on FGCU. It's going to be fascinating to see how this group handles it all.

While the Eagles came out strong to beat San Diego State, 81-71, after their incredible 78-68 upset of Georgetown, this is a far different story.

The Eagles only had one day off after taking down Georgetown. Now they have four days off. That are being, and will be, spent in the center of the media spotlight. Head coach Andy Enfield will have his work cut out for him to make sure his team stays focused on the task at hand.

And that is no easy task.

Third-seeded Florida has the athletes to match the high-flying Eagles, and the Gators have looked fantastic. With wins over Northwestern State and Minnesota, the Gators have beaten their opponents by combined 44 points.

Even if FGCU does stay focused and plays at its best, they could still lose. However, no matter what happens, it will be great to watch it all play out.

No. 2: Ohio State (2) vs. Arizona (6)

This matchup is falling under the radar a bit, but it is going to be a thrilling game.

The Wildcats entered the tournament having lost five of their last 10. That lackluster ending made it easy to forget that this team was once 14-0 and No. 3 in the nation. That opening stretch included a victory over the Florida Gators and a 19-point win on a neutral court over the Miami Hurricanes.

Meanwhile, Ohio State has won 10 in a row and is rolling. After Aaron Craft hit a three-pointer to give the Buckeyes a 78-75 win over Iowa State, this talented team will be looking for a more comfortable victory. They aren't going to get it.

The Wildcats are going to keep this game close to the end by limiting the Buckeyes to one shot per possession. Ohio State is 143rd in offensive rebound percentage while the Wildcats are 12th in defensive rebound percentage.

This one is going down to the final buzzer.

No. 1: Duke (2) vs. Michigan State (3)

This matchup is not flying under the radar, and that is understandable. With tournament legends Tom Izzo and Mike Krzyzewski matching coaching wits, this game deserves the hoopla.

It also helps that both of these guys are leading talented teams.

While there are many keys to this game, nothing will be more important than the Blue Devils' three-point shooting. Duke is fifth in the nation in tree-point percentage. Meanwhile, the Spartans are 17th in opponents' percentage from distance.

The Blue Devils will have to hit some threes to help space out the Spartans defense. Otherwise, Michigan State will win this game in the paint.

The Spartans are already going to own the glass.

Anyway you look at this one, though, it should be great.
