Potential RAW Storylines Revealed

Scott BeebyApr 15, 2009

With the draft now over, I thought I'd share with you what I think might happen this year.

Legacy

Randy Orton's Legacy is starting to look like this generation's Evolution. Longevity is the key here. If they can remain together for at least the next year, then they can truly dominate RAW, and even the entire WWE.

Legacy will expand by the end of 2009 with at least one of the following joining the stable:

Chavo Guerrero: Great technical worker. He would be a good fit for the group.

The Colons: Thanks to the supplemental draft, the Caribbean brothers are on Monday nights. I would love to see this happen, but I really can't see them both turning heel.

Hornswoggle: He is the (kayfabe) son of Finlay, so it's a possibility that he could join the group. Stranger things have happened.

Matt Hardy

Now that Jericho is out of the picture, RAW needs to have a second main event quality heel after Orton. I think we'll see Hardy receive a huge push from Vince, maybe into a feud with the prodigal son John Cena?

The Brian Kendrick

Ezekiel Jackson has gone to ECW, so what's going to happen to Kendrick now? I think that he'll have a change in character, something along the lines of a young guy wanting to be the best and seeking training from another superstar.

Who's better then his real-life uncle Shawn Michaels? This could lead to less in-ring time for HBK, which is a good thing for him, seeing as he needs a break.

Mr. Kennedy

If he can return to the ring 100 percent fit, then there is a plethora of programs that he can have with several superstars that he is yet to wrestle. The Kennedy vs. MVP feud has already been set up, so he'll probably start there.
