The Dynasty Manifesto: What's Up With the WWE Title Feud?

Is it just me, or was the most boring parts of RAW this week its inception and conclusion?

At first, I was a little bothered. I wasn't buying the "main event" on RAW's side of the Backlash card. Triple H and the McMahons vs Orton and Priceless...Legacy...whatever you feel like calling them.

The moment this match was made, I started looking elsewhere for entertainment ( a la Smackdown and ECW).

Vickie Guerrero then butted in and decided to put Triple H's WWE title on the line in the six-man tag match at Backlash.

Alright, it couldn't get worse, right?

Nope, WWE wants to give us the ol' "surprising" curve ball once again.

Vince McMahon main events against Randy Orton on RAW two weeks ago and gets his butt whooped. Orton is about to punt him off television again, but Shane McMahon comes to the rescue...cue Legacy.

Rhodes and DiBiase run out like the obedient dogs they are and help Orton after Triple H comes out as well. Trips gets out-numbered...cue "curve ball".

Batista's music hits and he comes out to an erupting crowd. This is the best part.

Orton and Legacy stand in a line in the ring, not knowing what do, and Batista spears him to the ground the same way Vince did...the same way Shane did...and the same way Triple H did.

Batista gives the Batista bomb to DiBiase...or was it Rhodes? It doesn't matter because the ending is always the same.

Cue Orton standing on the ramp with a crazed look on his face as his scapegoat took the butt whooping for him as always. Batista is shaking the ropes muscle head style like the Ultimate Warrior.

On the three-hour RAW draft special, RAW opens up with Batista wanting to get revenge on Orton. Triple H cuts him off and tells him that he started it and he has to end it.

Shane McMahon comes out in his washed up, wore out Shane O' Mac jersey and he's talking about getting revenge, too.

Why is he talking? Orton punted him and destroyed him at No Way Out and the RAW afterward.

The three start to bicker.

Triple H's nostrils flare up and his nose turns red as he's declaring that he will finish Orton.

Batista is trying to talk, but he can only cry about how long he's been out and how he's the animal.

Shane tries to speak but he's brushed off as Trips and muscle head goes head to head.

Vickie comes out and ends one of the worst segments I've ever seen in my life. She proceeds to book a three-on-two main event handicap match in which Legacy (minus Orton) faced Triple H, Batista and Shane O' Mac.

RAW's show was great, but ended in complete nonsense. I didn't even watch the main event.

The draft picks were exciting all night long, but why did we have to get a reincarnation of the Cena/Edge/Show angle? This was between Orton and Triple H.

Why is Batista coming in?

He's the third wheel, just like Cena was. Granted, the angles don't mirror each other, and Orton took out Batista, but it could have been saved for later down the line. When Orton punted CM Punk, Punk didn't come back and run into Orton's angles.

Batista was even advised to stay out longer and make sure he's really ready to come back just to be safe. But no, he just has to come back because he's "The Animal".

The angle didn't get better...it has become nonsensical. It has pretty much become BS.

He isn't needed. Truth be told, he wasn't missed, and didn't need to return so quickly. Why not save him and develop a good story?

This isn't like when Cena and Orton were out with injuries and RAW was suffering as HBK and Y2J had to carry the flagship show. Many people probably forgot about him and now he's back as the third wheel.

Or shall I say fourth, if you count Shane O' Idiot, who let Vickie Guerrero rule over him though he's the boss' son?

Sorry folks. I can't buy this match or feud, and the same goes of Cena and Edge. The only reason why I'm not bashing that match is because it foreshadows something important, given the fact that Smackdown has no world title.

I'll be looking forward to the ECW title match because Swagger is the man right now.
