Blue Jays Fans: Don't Start the Parade Just Yet
Well, it's baseball season alright.
The Toronto Blue Jays are 6-2, the Baltimore Orioles are 5-2, the Boston Red Sox are 2-5, the Detroit Tigers are .500...WAIT. This can't be the regular season.
The Jays and Orioles are leading the AL East? The Red Sox can't buy a win? The Tigers actually can win?

Yankees Call Up 6'7" Prospect 📈
I'll take that slap in the face now...Wake me up already...Alright guess not.
On a serious note, the Jays are off to a scorching start, sharing the best record in the majors with the St. Louis Cardinals and San Diego Padres.
I have to say, I am surprised.
After eight games, I would have expected the Blue Jays to be around 4-4, maybe 5-3. But not 6-2 and ahead of everybody in their division.
The Red Sox could not be off to a worse start, but I still don't a Detroit-like season from this team of All-Stars. I'm sure they will take form soon enough and start rocking the AL East as usual.
As for the New York Yankees, the new stadium and new players have not helped yet.
The Yankees are off to a bad start, as was the case last year before they spent $300 million on free agent "stars."
The Marlins payroll is a heck of a lot lower than the Yankees, yet the Marlins are 5-1 while the Yankees are stuck at 3-4.
Well, all I can say is go Jays and damn those Red Sox.
Oh, and brothers Steinbrenner? We're in the midst of a recession, try to act like it!
