On The Clock: The Draft Starts Today

Welcome to Monday Night Raw (The crowd roars as Michael Cole's voice is replaced by "No Chance")

Vince McMahon struts to the podium.

"Once again, we are at my favorite time of the year... wait. That'll actually be April 26 at Backlash, where The Family will finally wipe that creepy little smirk off of Randy Orton's face...forever.

But with that being said, it's time to once again shake things up. It's time for the WWE Draft. (crowd pops)

And first up, after a random drawing of course, the brand new reinstated SmackDown General Manager Teddy Long."

(Teddy's music hits and he walks out to a warm reaction)

"Holla, Holla, Holla, Holla. (Turns to Vince) Playa, you want to shake up the WWE? SmackDown's gonna give you your wish. With the first selection of the draft, SmackDown drafts...(The random pics show on the Titan Tron) Christian!

(Christian's music plays and he arrives on the stage looking back and forth to the crowd)

Teddy Long shakes Christian's hand and hands him a SmackDown t-shirt, which he puts on.

He's interrupted by the sound of "You Think You Know Me" and Edge walks out. Edge looks at Christian and pans to the crowd. Looks back at Christian and looks back to the crowd. Then he gives Christian a huge hug and several pats on the back.

The camera swings around to show a curious smirk on Christian's face that goes unnoticed by the excited Edge.

Next is a squash match Mark Henry vs. Charlie Haas as Henry looks to impress the Smackdown and Raw GMs.

After the commercial break Vince is back on the podium. "Now that's what I call an impact. I'm not sure if the next GM can top that, but now on the clock, ECW."

(Tiffany's music hits and she comes out waving to the crowd.)

"With the second overall pick of the draft, ECW selects..." (She's interrupted by Crime Tyme's music).

"Yo, yo, yo, yo...yo. We know you want to make history and so do we. So before you make your pick, we want to auction off these brand new photos we found in an empty locker room. We can't show you them, but let's just say this person is showing off her favorite suit. Her birthday suit.

(Tiffany looks appalled) And let's just say, a certain GM has seen it up close and personal. Any guess who it is?"

Shad, "Hold up, hold up. Don't be giving everything away. Let's start the bidding off at (pauses and looks at Tiffany) $5." (Tiffany is fuming now)

JTG whispers in Shad's ear and he nods, "I've just been informed the pricing was all wrong. Make it $4.50. Do I hear $5.50?"

Tiffany rips the bag away from them and tries to shoo them out. JTG yells, "What? We're trying to help you out. Okay, okay. Foreal foreal. I heard in the back the other two GMs were going to mine your talent. You better start looking out for you.

(Crime Tyme leaves) "With a second overall pick, ECW selects (pics on the Titan Tron) ECW Champ Jack Swagger."

Jerry Lawler: "Did she just select someone from her own roster?" "I didn't know you could do that." Michael Cole replied. "Why not? Everyone, from every brand is eligible. Including us." "Well they say, the best offense is a great defense, but maybe this is taking it to the extreme. No pun intended." Jim Ross explains.

Vicky Guerrero's music hits and Chavo wheels her out to a deafening sound of boos.

"Excuse me. Excuse me. Excuse me. SHUT UP. (Pause) Thank you. With the third selection in the draft, Raw selects (Titan Tron shows Big Show, Miz, Edge, Triple H and others) the future of the Raw and the WWE, John Morrison."

Camera goes to the back and shows a shocked Miz and Morrison looking at one another. Morrison gets up and walks out. Miz flips over a chair and punches a locker. The Colons smirk while Miz just stares.

Vince explains, "In an act of fairness, the order reverses after each round. Raw, you're still on the clock."

Camera cuts to the locker room The Miz jumps up and makes a motion that towards his waist that the title will be back around it soon.

Vickie returns to the podium. "With our second pick, Raw selects... The Big Show."

Camera cuts back to the locker room. The Miz is throwing a fit while The Colons laugh. The Miz kicks a chair and when the camera follows it and the Big Show gets up and throws the chair off his lap. He walks up to The Miz and grins and walks out.

It goes to commercial break.

Todd Grisham: "Who knew that Crime Tyme was telling the truth? Raw is mining their talent."

Tiffany comes out, "The next pick of the draft goes to ECW. And that pick is... SmackDown's DH Smith."

"Whoa. Didn't see that coming." Matt Striker said excitedly.

DH Smith picks up an ECW shirt up from the bin. He turns around and sees a smiling Tyson Kidd.

Teddy Long is up. "With our second pick SmackDown selects...the master of the 619, Rey Mysterio." Mysterio comes through and proudly puts on his shirt.

Jim Ross excitedly exclaims "Welcome back to Smackdown, Rey Mysterio." "What about the IC title?" Lawler questions. "King, I don't know. I guess it goes to SmackDown." Michael Cole announced.

When it comes back from commercial break, Michael Cole announced that the Big Show requested this match with The Miz. During the match, The Miz is in big trouble and is being destroyed. All of a sudden Morrison runs to the ring and gets between The Miz and the Big Show.

Big Show balls up his fist and walks towards Morrison. Morrison tells him to halt and begins to take off his shirt. It reveals his brand new Raw t-shirt. Show smiles as Morrision rolls out of the ring. Show walks over to The Miz and delivers a knockout punch.

SmackDown's up, but it's announced that a three brand trade has been established. SmackDown sends Ezekiel Jackson and THE Brian Kendrick to ECW, Raw gets Evan Bourne and Mike Knox goes to SmackDown.

After the commercial break, Vince announces that the final round will be determined by a 15-man battle royal featuring the current rosters.

The winner will get to select which brand he wants to join, and will automatically be added to that roster. The remaining two picks will be go in order of whose brand had the last remaining wrestler in.

Raw's representative are John Cena, Morrison, Randy Orton, Jericho and Batista.

Triple H, MVP, Rey Mysterio, Edge, and Mike Knox represent SmackDown.

ECW sends Mark Henry, THE Brian Kendrick, Jack Swagger, DH Smith and Tyson Kidd.

Elimination order: THE Brian Kendrick, Jericho, Tyson Kidd, Mike Knox, Mark Henry, The Miz, Morrision, DH Smith, Batista, Rey Mysterio, Triple H, MVP, Jack Swagger, Orton and Edge. 

Edge picks up the mic. "Now I get to pick where I want to go. And what I want, I get. And what I want is my title back. That's why I will make Cena's life miserable and take back my title from Cena."

Crowd goes nuts. "And I'm going to do that in the Last Man Standing match at Backlash. I will beat Cena to an inch of his life and take my title back to SmackDown. That's right, for you people who are to dumb to understand, I'm choosing to remain with the brand I made famous, SmackDown."

Christian comes out on the stage and applauds. And walks out.

Raw was the second to the last brand to remain in the rumble and Vickie selects Mark Henry with her final pick.

Tiffany comes out and  with the final selection of the draft, ECW selects... the returning Misssssterrrr Kennedy. Kennedy.

Kennedy returns to the stage and he's immediately confronted by Jack Swagger.

"Wow, I didnt know he was back." Striker states. "Business is about to pick up tomorrow night on ECW, that's for sure." JR replies as Raw goes off the air.
