KG To Play In The Final Game Of The Regular Season?

Everyone knew that Kevin Garnett would be back on the court in time for the playoffs, but nobody expected the news that was recently mentioned.

Garnett will most likely be playing in the final game of Boston's regular season against the Wizards. It will be easier, nonetheless, but the Garnett-less Celtics could win it without Kevin.

Is it possible though that he will play in it?

He has put up plenty of great stats in his career with Boston and he hopes to continue to put them up.

Garnett is arguably the best player on this Celtics team and is the perfect teammate for Ray Allen and Paul Pierce. He led Boston to a championship last season, and hopes to do the same this one.

He has been out for weeks with a knee injury, yet coach Doc Rivers has made the announcement that he will play in the Washington game. This will most likely just be a warm up game for the 6-11 beast. His presence on the court comes as no surprise to Washington, as they have already ruined their playoff chances.

Garnett will most likely sit on the bench most of the game so that he will not make what is left of the injury any worse. They will need him for the playoffs.

The Celtics are looking for the repeat and, without Garnett, I doubt they can accomplish that feat. It will be tough to keep Garnett off the court though considering he makes huge plays every time he steps foot on the hardwood.

Doc Rivers will have to watch out! If he loses Garnett, he may lose the title.
