RIP: CM Punk's Second Money in the Bank
Ah, the MITB match. The only match that I actually look forward to every Wrestlemania since WM 21.
Now, who is the star of every MITB? (Well, most of them anyway) My favorite moment of all MITB matches was when Shelton Benjamin set up the ladders, ran up and took Chris Jericho off the ladder.
That was one of the best moments that I had seen in a ladder match in a long time. Yes, Shelton Benjamin is the star and deserves the shot.

But I digress. The MITB match has pretty simple rules:
1) Eight men in the ring. One ladder.
2) First person to take the briefcase wins.
3) The briefcase can be used any time during the next year to challenge for a title shot.
4) You can challenge anytime. ANYTIME. That means any day, even during or after a match.
Ever since the match started, whoever used the briefcase always ended up winning the title. Every time someone was challenged they would lose. Well, at Wrestlemania 25 we saw CM Punk win for two years in a row.
He became the first person to win it twice and the first person to win in two consecutive Wrestlemanias.
Last year he had the Briefcase and won the Title. He had it for about a month but when he lost it he wasn't even able to defend it. That show how much they liked the idea.
So he got the tag titles and the Intercontinental title making him a Triple Crown Champion. It was safe to say that him having the World Title was a huge bust.
But for some reason he won again. This leaves two options open:
1) Punk wins the title again where he might get screwed like last year.
2) Punk uses the title shot and loses, making the Briefcase less valuable.
Either way, there will be a negative outcome. And why? Because CM Punk HAD to win again. So either he loses, or he wins and gets screwed again.
RIP Punk's main event chance. He wasn't ready last Summer, and unless he changes to a heel, he won't be ready this Summer.
Hey, I'm just sayin'.
This has been a Bushboy Inc. Production.
