According to Peter Abraham of the Journal News, these are the Yankees 2009 minor league rosters set for this opening day:

Notes: As per Peter Abraham, the Yankees have not made an official announcement, but it appears this means that Dan Giese has cleared waivers and will start the season with triple-A Scranton.

Angel Berroa was either assigned to Scranton after this list was made or will be added to it shortly.

Also, Alan Horne, Christian Garcia, Humberto Sanchez, Jairo Heredia, and Wilkin De La Rosa are all on the DL, but in reality will be participating in extended spring training.
