Texas Boring, Jr & Jr , Busch Boys Calling a Spade a Spade

I've been quiet since my last article, in which I guess I was too honest and wasn't published.

Texas...Well, I just don't know. It was a boring race and its a good thing I was at the in laws and couldn't see or hear the whole race. I recorded it and just finished watching it.

It's morning, and I feel like I should take a nap. Like DW said in the pre-race; where is all the emotion in this great sport?

I long for the day when the drivers actually showing some emotion, or being politically correct were in the past unlike the past drivers wearing their heart on their sleeve.

I am only seeing the intensity of a true racer like Dale Sr. did like knocking someone out of the way or Robbie Gordon throwing his helmet or Harvick or even some of the fights and situations he has been involved with through the years, only lately By the Busch Boy's.

Man, what can I say but I have more respect for the Busch Boys. First they both have wins this season and both have been ticked off at their crews for whatever reason, If the people in the country feel like some of those around me that hate them both.

I however am gaining more respect for them in that they are calling it like it is, and if it's leading the race they are the same as if they were bumping and fighting someone either on of off the track.

As far as Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Eury Jr. and there lack of success, I haven't seen the two of them really truly dominate for the past several years. Whether it be the combination of just being cousins or if it's deeper than that.

We hear from radio transmissions about the way different crew chiefs call the race and the positive interactions all through the race like Jimmie Johnson's knack of either hitting it dead on and dominate or taking a car that is back pack, yet somehow Jimmie and Chad's way of encouragement to Jimmie and how they can read each other.

Yet Jr. & Jr. I know isn't working...Period. Both of the Jr's have been together so long that I feel like it isn't working and even in the best car's in the garage. I feel they are both to blame for the way they are handling that team and Rick Hendrick had better step in and make a change.

Let's see Tony Sr. On that box to bring Dale Jr. back to his winning way's, I want to pull for him because of my respect for his dad. He's still the most popular driver clearly the way the fan's cheered for him when he put those two tires on and came out with the lead.

The response was clearing in Jr's favor yet as usual his car was't up to snuff so to speak and yeah there was some contact but if his car was right he would of easily pulled away instead of the trouble he got in.

Jack Rousch would of done a crew chief swap last year no question about it, I feel like Jr. and Jr. are so "tight" that I can't see how they are going to win a championship, There seems to be a lack of something between them and winning races and championship are not in their future if things continue.

If Mr. Hendrick doesn't want to upset family and make the crew chief go away then Tony Jr. should do us all a favor and resign, Then perhaps Tony Sr. would come into the picture.

He is doing great things with Brad in the Nationwide series and Dale has the utmost respect for him that the two of them would bring back the Magic that has really been gone for years now. Yeah, he fell into victory lane at Michigan, but aside from that, I don't see the focus and desire that Dale needs and certainly a championship team to rise.

I still have no really favorite driver, but being a fan since birth and eat sleep breath NASCAR I would love for a few situations to change to make all the racing more enjoyable all the way around, I guess I've said some of my peace.

I have more on the 12's car and how he seems to be in the thick of some serious fender rubbing this season but I'll bite my tongue, I missed happy hour and recorded that so I'll go watch that...
