The Trenton Thunder released their preliminary roster for the 2009 season today. There are some  changes yet to be made, but here’s a look at what the Trenton roster is down to.

There’s a few names that are obviously not on this list and set for Scranton. We already know the starting rotation for Scranton is set to be:

1. Jason Johnson
2. Ian Kennedy
3. Alfredo Aceves
4. Phil Hughes
5. Kei Igawa
   

It’s easy to say Austin Jackson and Juan Miranda are locks for the Scranton lineup (which should be released soon). Once the official rosters are released, you’ll be sure to find them here.

As for official roster releases, the Charleston Riverdogs roster was also released today. Some notables on the roster include switch-pitcher Pat Venditte(in the assumed closer role he held in Staten Island), D.J.
