The Legacy: The New Evolution

Twenty-four hours after Wrestlemania 25 there are mixed feelings about the main event. Why didn't Orton win and how Triple H must have flexed his powers to get over after Orton won the Royal Rumble just to end Orton's momentum.

How fast do we forget Wrestlemania 24 where John Cena was in that same position and lost but who else lost? Triple H!

Who won?  Randy Orton!

So this year Orton is on the flip side of that. This brings us to another fact, Triple H was the last man Orton and Cena eliminated at the last two rumbles to win so WWE has not dropped the ball on Orton in fact this storyline is far from over.

Originally it was to be a storyline involving Batista, Orton, and Triple H ending at Wrestlemania with a triple threat with Ric Flair as special referee giving Orton the belt. However, Batista was sidelined and another story had to be created.

Shane McMahon has a score to settle with his family notably his father Vince who spoiled Stephanie last year on Raw. We saw Shane overthrown by Stephanie who changed his decisions in matches and had backing from Vince.

What's next?

Shane turns on his family using his power to rob Triple H of his title by giving it to Orton and joining the group Legacy. It turns into a battle as Triple H desires to have his title back.

At Backlash 2009 Triple H unsuccessfully tries to regain his title and is dominated by Legacy when Batista returns to make the save and is destroyed by the Legacy's key enforcer, Umaga!

Triple H outnumbered and a nearly destroyed turns to his former friend Batista for help. Randy Orton exhausted after a matchup is attacked by Triple H and Batista.

CM Punk, who cashes in money in the bank, takes the title from Orton and joins Triple H and Batista, and possibly Shawn Michaels DX?

Another note: Triple H has been pulling the strings when it comes to Orton and Batista's push and has jobbed to both for the title so he is not banging Steph for greed.
